Today in germany used electronic siren to alert population in case of danger. Listen to your local radio station for further information. Recorded with zoom h4n on top of the roof 1/2 mile away from the siren.
It was actually really cute. I was trying to video two kittens having a full-on kitten battle on top of my hound dog. He normally doesn't care about much, but i think because i was watching, he warned them. That's what this is.
